Walking on a damp, somewhat misty evening around the Coolidge and Longellow neighborhood of Worcester. My friend Alan O’Hare, who calls himself a storyteller or Seanchie in the old Irish tradition, told me once that spirits dwell in the mist and the fog, which provides a medium that is conducive to the Seanchie’s story telling art. Couldn’t help thinking of Alan as I strolled this evening in the soft light and mystic atmosphere.
